Upload terms
The short version: only upload pictures you have the right to share, and keep it safe for everyone.
Who can upload
You must be 18 or older. You sign in with your email address, and the name you choose is shown next to what you upload.
Your pictures stay yours
You keep every right you have in your pictures. By uploading, you allow Omega Mega, Corp. to store them, show them publicly in the library and in the lenticular viewer, resize them, and describe and tag them by machine so they can be searched. That permission is free of charge, and it ends when you delete the piece or we remove it.
What you promise
You made the pictures, or you have permission from the person who did. Anyone who can be recognised in them has agreed to appear. What you tell us about where the pictures come from is true.
What is not allowed
Nudity or sexual content. Any sexual or exploitative picture of a child. Violence or gore. Harassment, hate or threats. Another person’s private information. Anything illegal, and anything that copies someone else’s work without permission.
Removal
Pieces appear in the library as soon as they are uploaded. Anyone can report a piece, and reported pieces may be hidden while we look. We may remove any piece or close any account that breaks these terms, and we report illegal material to the authorities where the law requires it.
You can delete a piece, or your whole account, at any time from the library page.
If your work is here without permission
Use the report button on the piece, or write to jordan@omegamegacorp.com with a link to the piece and a description of your work. We will take it down promptly.
The service
The library is offered as it is, without warranty, and we may change or close it. To the extent the law allows, Omega Mega, Corp. is not liable for losses arising from the library. Delaware law governs these terms. If we change them, the new version and its date appear on this page.
